We own a small ranch style home. it had a black roof, gray/blue siding and a bottom brown/beige brick. very cut up! After finding we had hail damage you did an awesome job in only day. You gave us a booklet of shingle styles but we couldn't narrow it down. After seeing larger samples outside in front of our home, we decided quickly!

Our insurance company was only offering to cover partial replacement, but Alex was our advocate and as a result of his patience and professionalism full replacement value was finally provided. We knew we were in good hands as Alex addressed all our concerns and readily completed the project. Briggs Home Development is a top notch contractor!

Briggs Family Home Development; Marketing Manager Melanie Knox came to our door, informed us of a hail storm which happened in June of this year. Offered us a free inspection. Johnny King (inspector) came over right away and showed us pictures of the damage. Simply put, the entire process had been made completely painless, the Marketing Director, Jackie Morris, held our hand throughout and the roof was replaced all within the same day including clean up . Best part, my insurance rates did NOT go up because the damage was out of our control due to weather damage. Everyone within Briggs was very professional and helpful. Would very much recommend this company.

Briggs Family Home Development, Melanie Knox, came to our door, informed us of a hail storm which happened in June of this year. Offered us a free inspection. They worked with my insurance company and did a inspection the following week I believe with the insurance adjuster. The adjuster got the paperwork from them right away and we met and signed the paperwork. Once it was signed and submitted the did the job while waiting on payment but that did not stop them. They finished in 1 day and cleaned things up. While there was a tear in my siding but they came out and repaired it no problem. I heard back from insurance company while the roof was being done and was told my rates will go down this year and next. Everyone within Briggs was very professional and helpful. Would very much recommend this company

Great experience. From realizing that we did indeed have hale damage, to filing the claim and getting the process started.

These folks came to me after a hailstorm hit the neighborhood stating that I might be eligible for a roof replacement repair through my insurance company due to the hail storm. They offered to take a look at the roof and give me an assessment. I was skeptical as they were a non-local company and I had never heard of them before. I asked them for a card and told them I would get back to them once I did some investigating. I checked BBB, Google and Yelp. I also called my insurance company and they seemed to check out. I decided to give them a shot and gave them the go ahead to inspect the roof.

As expected they had confirmed there was damage. They then worked directly with my insurance company (American Family) and an adjuster came by to take a look as well. They worked with adjuster directly, I did not have to do anything. The adjuster contacted me for final confirmation. I asked the adjuster if this company was legit and he said he had worked with them many times and they had been fine. That gave me some assurance about working with BFHD.

I worked with Mollie directly and she helped schedule and coordinate the entire process. Alex the owner stopped by a few times to talk to me about the process as well as answer any concerns I had. They were very professional and thorough. I had some scheduling changes that were necessary due to my daughter's graduation party and they were very quick to work with me to reschedule the work. The actual job took 2 days because I have a multi-tiered roof. Once the job was done, Mollie swung by to insure that I was satisfied. I had some questions about the work and the owner, Alex came by and thoroughly answered all my questions.

BFHD has been nothing but friendly, helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process unlike many other contractors I have worked with. I highly recommend them and give them 5 stars! If anything changes I will continue to update this post as time goes on. However, I am super happy with them and recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof!

Briggs Family Home Development worked closely with us and our insurance company to submit claims for the roofs on two of our properties which were damaged by a hail storm. They made the process painless and walked us through everything in a straightforward manner

We were very skeptical when we were approached after a recent hail storm. Johnny and his team have been amazing at walking us through each step although we still remained skeptical. It is rare to find people who really are good people trying to help others toward a good outcome. Thank you and we look forward to working with you all!
Also, Johnny is a great guy, very hardworking and worked on roof in dreadful heat, very knowledgeable and where our confidence lacked he built that up by putting action to his words. Only suggestion is to Alex Briggs to please consider getting a well deserved employee, Johnny a truck instead of the car. That man works hard and with all his equipment it sure would make his life easier.

Briggs replaced out roof this fall after earlier hail damage. The process was very easy, low effort from the customer side. What stood out is that the way everyone worked as a team. Everyone I spoke to was aware of where we were at and the next steps. Excellent customer experience.
